Smooth

I've been using TurboTax (previously MacInTax) for 20 years. Some years seem better than others. This year was a very good experience. No better word for it than "smooth". Thanks.
What's great about it: The 2012 interview process was the smoothest ever
What's not so great: Actually haven't found any complaints or glitches this year

So very happy that our taxes are done and as usual, we got back more than we anticipated. I have recommended Turbo Tax to a lot of our friends, and now to YOU!
What's great about it: Easy to follow guide, my 5th grade granddaughter did it with me!
What's not so great: Never will hear any cons from us!

2nd year using turbotax and it was quick, and easy.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, and Error Proof!
What's not so great: Having to pay the $19.99 but thats cheaper than $200 at HR Block!

I've been using Turbo Tax since at least the mid 1990s. It only gets better every year.
The software is constantly improving.
As long as I keep my tax information in some sort of order through the year, I can have my federal and state tax returns completed and electronically filed in about two to three hours!
Keep up the good work, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Auto Prompting, in language I can understand
What's not so great: can't think of any!
