I'VE USED TURBOTAX FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS AND AS ALWAYS THEY LAID-OUT EVERY TAX SITUATION THAT COULD HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR TAX REQUIREMENTS. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
What's great about it: YOU MADE IT EASIER FOR ME AGAIN THIS YEAR. GUIDES ARE SIMPLE TO FOLLOW.

What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to pay for 2nd state

Holds Your Hand From Start to Finish

I've been using TurboTax for several years, partly on the recommendation of a CPA. As a member of the clergy, my taxes are more complicated than most, but TurboTax takes care of all the quirks. Last year we had an unexpected financial and I had to file an amended return; TurboTax handled it beautifully. Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Saves my information from year to year
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

Great experience! Best I have had with Tax Cut or Turbo Tax. I have been using these for years. Somehow it just went smoother this time. I appreciate this program.
What's great about it: Fastest I have ever done my taxes
What's not so great: hard to get back to the filling in information after going to a form

Smooth and simple!

I am a long time user of Turbo Tax. Most all my friends prefer to use accountants due to the growing complexity and constant changes being made each and every year.
I believe the experience in doing your own taxes is both educational and informative in understanding ones financial health. Thanks to Turbo Tax, I am able to do so, easily and with confidence.
It is also useful as a reference when questions arise during the year.

These are transferred automatically and we cannot see them to confirm them. May be the wrong file, AGI and wrong PINs for this year. I couldn't find the FINAL tax file and our return was automatically rejected due to information I couldn't review beforehand. (Or didn't know where to look.)
What's great about it: Easy to use. Can get to forms at any time!
What's not so great: Show prior year AGI and PINs used before efiling.

Tax Filing made easy

the fact that it picks up all my info from previous year saves a lot of time and going through possible deductions helps to get a good size refund every year
What's great about it: explained everything that was being done and made it easy to understand
What's not so great: cost of program seems to be getting higher every year
