Love TurboTax

Using TurboTax is so much less stressful than doing it manually! I love that you can download financial information directly info the correct form. And fast!

I spent about 2 hours preparing my return
I spent an additional 4 hours trying to contact Turbo's help line to get information on how to resolve an efiling problem.
What's not so great: efiling is impossible

Easy to use

It is great to use and works great. We use it every year. You can't go wrong.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything and checks to be sure you don't miss anything
What's not so great: Did not update automatically - had to be on hold and with support for 35" to get it right .

As a first time user, I found the product to be simple to use. Was nervous on doing taxes myself but felt I've overpaid tax preparer in the past. Refund falls in line with previous years so I felt confident that I had done the right thing in choosing TurboTax to file this year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: took longer than I thought

Best Refund Yet!

I have been using TurboTax for years and it seems that each year the software becomes more user friendly as time passes. Re-trievability has also been a great feature too. Keep up the great work so that those of us who do not read Tax codes can still obtain a great return on our earnings too!
What's great about it: Very detailed with specifics along with great help tools.
What's not so great: I have none at this time.
