Simple and Quick

I expected that the state filing fee was to be charged when filing a state return but to charge an additional $49.99 for "Refund Processing" is a bit much. The software has been around for years and yet the price has not changed from the $50-$60 for the Deluxe edition. TurboTax I like your product but please don't charge $50 just to deposit my refund.
What's great about it: Everything is explained and easy to navigate
What's not so great: Additional fees

Small Problem

Although TurboTax charged my checking account for the 2012 CD, they failed to actually send it to me. I had to go through two people to get to a supervisor. Once I discussed this problem with him, he expedited a replacement CD to me within 3 days.

Turbotax quickly allows me to decide what is the best options and methods for my filing status based upon the information that is provided unto me.
What's great about it: The step-by-step methods of understanding the relative tax laws.

Great Tax Program

The Turbo Tax Program is a very easy and simple tax Program to use. It takes all the guess work out of filing ones taxes. I especially like the way the program goes through all the necessary items that one must report and how it allocates the information to all the forms and areas that are relevant to the entered data. This is a great Tax Program and I have been using Turbo Tax for years and as long as I have file yearly Tax information, I will always use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very simple and easy to use. Very user friendly
What's not so great: Not to much of or anything that I did not like about this Program.

In the past it was easier to determine differences between W-2 and 1099R form and entries.
What's great about it: Usually even dummies can use

i love using Turbo Tax every year. it is quick easy and when i get confused the help tabs/links always explain everything perfectly. i will always recommend this to my friends and family. keep up the great work
