con. At the end the program said I left a blank on a form and I did not know what it want. the program should take you back to the question that you missed instead of going to the form that is being fill in when you ask the questions. That was my only problem.

Super Easy!

Made me feel much more filing confident. I usually do my own, but in the past year I've gone through pretty huge life changing events... so I felt I'd be a little out of my league trying to tackle all that on my own this time. Turbo Tax eased my anxieties by making sure I wasn't leaving anything out and everything was correct. They checked, double checked, and then - checked again! :-) So very much appreciated!
What's great about it: Detailed and comprehensive, even for a tax dummy like me

I like how the flow and dialog adapts to the situation. The conditional branching trees your programmers put together must be amazing to see.

Excellent family way to prepare federal and state

I feel your tax prep program is excellent and getting better each year. What I would like help with is an easiers guide deciding the child tax credit. My daughter is devoriced from her husband and they alternate each year claiming their daughter. Just make this situation more user friendly.

If one knows that they will not have enough medical deductions to exceed the 7.5% of AGI, there is no apparent way to skip this section and just enter zero for medical deductions. the user must step through each sub-category of medical expenses and enter zeros.
There is also no apparent way to enter the alternate "actual cost" method for determining mileage costs under contributions.
What's great about it: Saves a lot of time/does procedural check and math check
What's not so great: No apparent way to contact Turbo Tax with questions. Procedural issues with medical deductions and contributions.

Very easy to use! Takes you step by step! I also like that you can buy audit defense for a small fee if you're audit risk is high.
