Always delivers!

I have used Turbo Tax for 9 years now, and I wouldn't use any other tax program. I like the icons and the easy flow from area to area. It's practically impossible to make errors because everything is checked and double checked. I also like that you can stop at any time and resume whenever you wish to do so.
Turbo Tax is user friendly and delivers on its promise " an easy way to your refund".

What's great about it: Great step by step instructions. The icons make it easy to identify which area you are reviewing.

THIS WAS EASIER THAN FILLING OUT A CHILD'S SCHOOL PERMISSION SLIP. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR, AND IT WENT THROUGH EVERY POSSIBLE DEDUCTION! THANKS TURBOTAX!!!

State input & tax exempt-interest dividends

1. I missed seeing the detailed numbers (imported from Federal) as I worked on the state return.
2. I spent a lot of time understanding how to handle exempt-interest dividends on state form; in particular, those associated with my state.
What's great about it: Overall - Excellent!
What's not so great: Detail not shown in state process & exempt-interest dividens difficult

Turbo Tax is very easy to use, especially if used the prior year. All pertinent info is carried forward saving a lot of time & effort. The Turbo Tax Community is great. It was very helpful when I had questions. It was amazing how quick and easy the State (NY) return was completed. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years (at least 12 to 15) and I recommend it to all my family and friends.
What's great about it: Very user friendly.
What's not so great: not all topics are explained so the average person can fully understand

We have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and it is an awesome and easy program to use. You can think of it as the original APP because you answer some simple questions and it fills everything out for you. It is even convenient to e-file. We always get our refund quick and easy. You should try it...you won't be disappointed.
What's great about it: easy to use, self paced, error check, maximum refund guarantee, convenience of doing taxes at home

I did my taxes manually until I found Turbo Tax over 20 years ago. It has saved me many hours of work in preparation even though I keep thorough business and personal records.
What's great about it: Well organized for the most part
What's not so great: Did not come up automatically with my second business vehicle. Took extra time to address and correct

Easy to use and follows a very easy to understand process. User interface is top notch. Flexibility to go back and forth between Easy Guide and Forms views.
