Disappointed

I have used turbo tax for a few years now and was very disappointed this year. I had to submit my tax return three times before it was accepted by the IRS. Each time it was rejected I did not get an email but, had to go to my return and resubmit. This is an automated system so it should auto send that it did not get accepted.

Turbo-tax is easy to follow. It covers every income and deduction situations that are available. It makes filing easy without mailing bulky packages to the Federal and State governments.
What's great about it: Great federal refund
What's not so great: State taxes paid
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

When TurboTax Deluxe was purchased, I was under the impression that the State e-file was included without any additional charges... I was sadly mistaken! I will never file electronically again!
What's great about it: Ability to file electronically
What's not so great: Fees listed at the end of the e-filing transaction
