Super easy for a non-accountant

What's great about it: Step-by-step, asked all the right questions, covered all possible areas
What's not so great: A little confusing when covering medical expenses and how it related to our HSA account
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax was terrific AS USUAL

The walk through assistance is wonderful and easy to use, as always. The program downloads data from prior years. This makes it seamless to use, year after year. It picked up prior years' deductions and income, and reminded us with questions as to whether we wanted similar items in the current tax return.

What's great about it: The tax advisor was excellant the one time I used the service.

recommended it to our five adult children. The directions to the user are easy to follow and alternatives clearly
