I had trouble getting Turbo tax to return to where i left-off, so I could continue working on my taxes. The program wants me to start all over, instead of pulling up my previous form to continue were I stopped working earlier. .

Easy to follow

My time would have been cut in half it Turbow Tax had picked up my 2011 return from my desktop. I don't know why it wouldn't. The last 9 years it did. Other than that it makes tax filing relatively harmless, and pretty foolproof. Thanks
What's great about it: Turbow Tax is easy to follow, and makes sure I do things correctly, & understand.nd
What's not so great: Takes a long time to fill out all the forms. Wouldn't pick up 2011 from my desktop.

So Much Easier!

My wife used to spend days doing our taxes and gathering paper forms from the IRS. She could not believe I did them in less than an hour with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Pulls in all brokerage data

Very Unhappy

I receive a Federal Annuity of which I pay a portion of each year. This year Turbo Tax failed to include the annuity in my taxable income. They kept telling me there were no errors. I filed. Now I want to Amend both my Minnesota State and Federal returns. The amended printed Turbo copy (1040X) says I have received a Refund which I have not. So again Turbo Tax is a headache.
I feel you owe me a refund for the cost of the Deluxe edition and the Audit Support I paid for. Raymond Lujon
