Excellent as expected

For the last several years I have filed my return with Turbotax with great satisfaction. Last year and this I have filed both my daughter's and my father-in-law's as well with equal satisfaction. Thank You!

Would be nice if you delete something that it went to a recycle bin or other holding area incase you need to restore it. Would prevent the need to start a return over or try to reconstruct the info which can be very time consuming. Thanks

Simple and easy to use!

I am glad that I was able to ask the professionals questions via chat line. When she did not have the answer I needed, she forwarded me to a CPA. At the end, there were so much charges to file and receive returns directly to the bank which was disappointing. Otherwise, the program guides the user with simple questions. Great product.
What's great about it: Help from the professionals, quick refund!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State Tax Download was confusing

I kept following the instructions on the state download and it just kept downloading over and over. I finally checked a blog and found out that I have to exit the program and then reopen it to find the state download. It seems to me that I didn't have to do this last year.
What's not so great: The state tax download was on an unending loop
