Makes taxes easy

We have a relatively simple return but TurboTax has suggested things we'd never have thought of and ensures we don't miss things. I used to dread taxes but the past 8+ years we've used the software and been very pleased.
What's great about it: I like how it walks through the options
What's not so great: That first page that comes up when opening it each time is annoying.

So much for flags

As always, we did our tax returns over the course of a few weeks to maximize the pain. This year I was chagrined to discover that TurboTax would crash whenever I tried to access a flag I had saved from a previous session. I actually had to go through my taxes step-by-step each session, because I couldn't tell what I had missed.
TurboTax is decent software considering it's practically the only consumer tax tool out there. I'm always afraid they'll stagnate and deliver a shoddy product, but even considering the occasional glitch, it's still a very good tool.
What's great about it: Ease of use, flow, general usability
What's not so great: crashes prevent using flags
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

The form has changed little from last year. But in a years time I forget some of the essentials for filing.
CAN YOU SOMEWHERE GIVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR SHORT QUESTIONS? i SPENT MUCH TIME IN PLACES TRYING TO CORRECT A MISTAKE.!!!
This might not be feasible with all the returns you file. But please, give help when needed.

It's Easy with TurboTax

The 2012 TurboTax program was easy to use and follow. It went through my enter income and deductions to catch all possible ways to save me money. I appreciate that very much. Another grea year with TurboTax to my rescue.
