It didn't seem to go to the item that I typed in the help screen, you have to be very specific when you search for help.
What's great about it: Ease of following step by step guidance

Filing made simple!

Thankful to be able to do the taxes myself. Turbo Tax makes it easy and makes sure you don't miss anything. You have to have everything organized so why not just plug it in here instead of having to go somewhere and pay them more.
What's great about it: Glad you fixed the download issues from last year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Process

This is the standard income tax preparation software. It's easy to use and makes getting things done painless. It's accurate and updated frequently. Any calls made were handled quickly working with friendly satff. I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy process walked thru the steps and imported last years tax information no issues
What's not so great: Don't care for all the ads

Love That Transfer Feature

Even though Turbo Tax goes through a lot of questions and categories, I am still required to answer yes/no to a lot of items especially in the Alternative Minimun Tax category. I really have no idea if I have something that is deductible or not deductible and have to take it on faith that I got it right. The tax code/law is just too complicated. Also, I spent a lot of time entering data for child and education credits only to find out that I am not eligible for any credit. Would have been nice to know up front that our AGI was too high to qualify for any of the credits.
What's great about it: Transferred Data from last year's return
What's not so great: Required that I know what can and cannot be included in AMT calculation.

Mac Version issues

problems with mac issue. would not delete empty forms and continually showed notification errors even after clearing out the errors.

2012 TurboTax Deluxe

For each form or schedule if you have worksheets, let the user fill them his/her way without interference from TurboTax. Over-ride is not easy to use.
What's great about it: It is good and gives indepth instructions
What's not so great: But it has become very difficult and cumbersome to go through it.
