Turbo Tax Dun Right

Over-all, I find the experience to be a good one, as I have been using Turbo Tax now for nearly 10 years. I have only had to call for Tech Support a few times, and though the hold times were somewhat lenghty, it was worth it. Their support was by far the best I have seen or experienced; other companies should look at what Turbo Tax is doing and at least try to copy them....too bad they are stuck waiting on Congress, like the rest of us ;)
What's great about it: Simplicity, Accuracy, Superb Tech Support
What's not so great: Having to spend 45 minutes or more on hold, waiting for Tech Support

This was the best Turbo Tax program that I have used in the past years. It is very user friendly and takes you step by step with ease. Also, I like the free e-file for the Federal return.
What's great about it: Not having to fill out forms for each form needed for return.
What's not so great: For Alabama State return, didn't ask for consumer tax info.

Turbo Tax was fantastic; however pricey.
What's great about it: User friendly and walks you step by step, including added potential deduction opportunities.
What's not so great: More expensive than competition. The only financial reason I chose TurboTax was because it imported from last year.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and just love it!
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions
What's not so great: Too many offers to donate to various charities.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best Refund Ever!!!

This is a great product! When I purchased this product it was easy to download onto the computer and didn't take very long to complete. I also wanted to start my taxes before I had all my paperwork and I was able to "Flag" the page that I still needed paperwork for and continue on. I saved the file and was able to complete my taxes very quickly once I recieved my paperwork. I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years and always get great refunds!
What's great about it: Flags, time efficient, great explanations
What's not so great: If you save and go back in you have to re review certain things.

Made it SO easy to file!

We are not tax professionals and Turbo Tax made it so easy to complete our returns this year! It asked questions and took us through step by step. No longer intimidated by all of the forms - Fantastic!
What's great about it: Asked questions we would not have thought of.
What's not so great: There was no downside.
