Have been using Turbo Tax for years. I believe this to be the easiest tax prep software out there!

You can't go wrong using Turbo Tax. The instructions are written in simple language and includes definitions of terms for reference. The step-by-step process is easy to use and relieves you of wondering what's next. I was hesitant about e-filing because of security reasons, but with Turbo Tax, I feel very comfortable that my data are secure. For the peace of mind you get with Turbo Tax, it is more than worth its price.
What's great about it: Easy to understand instructions that navigate the tax return step by step

There is a menu selection to print the front window, but it is grayed out!

Works very well. Have used it for several years in a row. One problem was at the end it insisted I fill in some info on a W-2. I had none as I am retired and haven't had one for years. Only way I could get out of the loop was by filling in zeros in some blocks. Have no idea if IRS will have a problem with it.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use,
What's not so great: Few problems understanding some areas.

Product is good until support is needed and then hard to get help. Never did find a phone # to call. Very frustrating! Will consider a different product next year.

TurboTax is an excellent program. It allows you to keep track of your own federal and state taxes and gives you all the information you need to complete your forms and more. Most accountants don't have the time to explain taxes and deductions to their clients and often deductions are left out of the return. Plus accountants costs a good percentage of your average return. Turbo Tax is inexpensive, helpful, supportive, and smart!
What's great about it: Turbo tax gives you knowledge at your fingertips.
What's not so great: I have to wait a year to use it again!

well after many attempts at editing my original response i give up, i copied it to my desk top if a real person whats to know what i wrote, i liked your product, but found this review writing a hassle now.
