I love using TurboTax and the only CON in using it is the misleading info on the "free" state return ($19.99) it is not explained that you get a "Free DOWNLOAD" and I dont want to navigate away from turbo tax..
All in All, I love using Turbotax but after all the "free" state, I will probably download the online version and then file for free on state through the .Gov website.

What's great about it: I like the step by step guidance
What's not so great: The "free" state filing is EXTREMLY misleading

Never dissapointed

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have always been very happy. They lead you from beginning to end with very little confusion. I have never had any real complaints. Turbo Tax makes life a little better at that dreaded tax time. I am convinced!
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: IRS can never get their act together

been using turbo tax for 15 or so years. never had a problem with the programming. no issues with the tax returns. easy to use and very comprehensive.

Turbo Tax is great and user friendly. Their customer service representatives are phenomenal. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a easy way to file your tax returns.

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years, could not be happier with the process, get my refund quickly and feel confident my taxes were filed correctly.
What's great about it: don't miss any deductions & checks for errors
What's not so great: can't think of any

I love that you tell me my audit risk...the IRS can be scary and I like the feeling I get with the low risk monitor.
What's great about it: step by step no worries 6th year using and it just gets better
What's not so great: I didnt see a prediction of depost date

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years and have loved it from day 1. 1 year I received a free copy of Tax-cut I believe & it was very complicated & confusing & I ended up going and getting turbotax & have never strayed since.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Wished there were more choices of how to get your refund.
