Getting customer support is very difficult or impossible, no phone # on the web site? Appears to rely on other users for support not directly with Intuit?

ANOTHER YR, ANOTHER REFUND, THANKS TURBO TAX

THIS IS MY 24TH YR WITH TTAX AND JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW EASY ITS BECOME TO DO TAXES". MULTIPLE INCOMES, INVESTMENTS, KIDS IN COLLEGE, RETIREMENT INCOME, TTAX HAS GROWN ALONG WITH OUR FAMILY EVERY YR.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE STATE TAX INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST--DON'T LIKE $20 EFILE COST--I PRINT STATE DOC W/ TTAX AND RECREATE THE INFO AT STATE SITE FOR FREE--
What's great about it: SIMPLE
What's not so great: SEE THE TAX FORM DURING QUESTIONS NICE CROSS REF.

2012 Tax Review

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year I had an error in my State return for Form 3540 regarding code 207 & 189 and could not find an answer in order to enter the correct percentage. Not even sure why since I didn't have Employer Childcare program or Farmworker Housing. Can't fix it!

What's not so great: Some errors are not explained and/or difficult to find

Was very confusing about questions asked about my Federal Retirement. Kept treating it like an IRA. Did not use the same jargon as my tax forms.
Was confusing about IRA tax paid contributions and Basis.
I spent days trying to understand how the program came up with wrong answers and getting them corrected. The background calculations and why were hard to find. I may change to another company next year.

Tax Prep made easy

I have been using TurboTax for nearly 15 years. I trust it completely. The ability to import date from my investment firm, and the TurboTax feature that transfers the previous year's data into the cuttent year makes tax prep very easy, even with complicated, periodic issues (e.g. buying/selling a home).
What's great about it: Ease of use, especially with import capabilities
What's not so great: No special dislikes

Consistent Performance For 17 Years and Counting

I have used Turbo Tax since 1996. it is by far the easiest, most convenient and, above all else, consistent way to do my taxes. I really like that you can import you previous year's return information, saving the hassle of finding the return and entering the information yourself. Being able to download your bank information including 1099's is a huge time saver and ensures the information is entered completely and accurately. I've seen other tax preparation software advertised but have no desire to even explore those products. The only way to do my taxes is through Turbo Tax.
Thanks for a great product.

easy returns

I have used TurboTax for many years and it has saved me thousands of dollars just in the cost of doing my taxes let alone the thousands of dollars it has saved me in taxes. This year was the first year I ever needed to contact support and my only complain is that support calls need to be addressed by Americans...The guy who helped was very very nice but I could not understand him half the time.
But overall TurboTax is worth more than it's weight in Gold if you ask me.
