Have used other tax software in past, I find Turbo Tax simpler and more logical.

This is the 3rd year that we had used Turbo Tax software. We will never go back to the manual preparation. Been recommending your software to my friends who are still hiring a preparer. Told them it's very easy to use if you have all the documents in front of you.

This is a great program and I have found it to be flawless and detailed. The instructions and explanations are simple, informative, basic and difficult to get wrong.
Bad form not making it clear from the outset that there would be a fee at the end for the eFile selection of the state return. I found it difficult to get back and change my seletion of this option. I had the same problem last year but did not remember it in time.

What's great about it: Lead you by the hand step by step with explanations
What's not so great: Did not make it clear that there was a fee for eFile of State return until the end by asking for a credit card

Wonderfully easy. Had ours done by someone else last year after ten years with TurboTax. We are now back with Turbo Tax for good!

Fantastic...if only everything was easy

Let me start off with the fact that I am an accountant. However, TurboTax just makes this whole business of filing taxes so easy...if only everything else was this easy to use. They really have taken a cumbersome process into a quick button clicking program. For example, I was helping a friend out and TurboTax caught that his employer paid out too much SS and Medicare...how great is that!
What's great about it: fool proof
What's not so great: Aps have all these fees that you don't expect

I always feel confident when filing Turbo Tax. This is my fifth year using TT and always got refund quickly and never had a problem.
