Easy Enough

I have to do taxes for my disabled mother as well as our own taxes, so Turbo Tax really helps me get through this process. Since I am doing taxes for someone else, I wish it were a button click to view the printable version of the return at any point along the way. Sometimes I need to see the context of the question to make sure I am giving the correct response.
What's great about it: Step-by-step, mostly clear with good help for questions
What's not so great: I wish it was easier to see the forms as they are completed

Returning to Saved Return

When working on TurboTax and you save your return to work on it later, it does not open up at the same screen you saved when you closed. Sometimes you have to check already information as TurboTax "backs up" several pages/screens from where you left off.
What's not so great: Does not return to the exact same place you saved your return.

Makes taxes easier

I have used Turbo-Tax for years. Had some difficult situations to work through, but it was easy to do.
Very detailed, makes entries easy to do, review, edit.
I always do the taxes, see where I am at, then put them aside for a week or two. Then I check all my entries, make any corrections and file.

What's great about it: Walked me through some of the difficult entries. Explained what I could use or not use or what the terminology was
What's not so great: Turbo-Tax community often asked questions was vague, and didn't really answer what I wanted to know.

Awesome Refund!

Turbo Tax is the easiest program to do your taxes year after year. The program looks for all possible ways to save you money and get as much for your return as possible. The program puts all your numbers and information where it needs to go and makes it very simple to e-file your returns. Thank you for a great product! Couldn't do my taxes without your program!!
What's great about it: very easy to understand
What's not so great: having trouble printing my forms

You Over Charged Me

You charged me sales in in Oregon. We Don't Have Sales Tax Here.
The final step on the Oregon Return is I had to print a payment voucher to mail to the State. After printing the voucher it reads that "Don't Use Form 40-V if I am using electronic payment option". Now I an concerned my electronic payment may not have been completed.
What's great about it: It Was Simple
What's not so great: You charged me sales Tax in Oregon. We Don't Have Sales Tax Here
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Time Saver

Love the program. I have been using TurboTax for a number of years now and it just keeps getting easier and more user friendly.
What's great about it: TurboTax is straight forward, easy to use, and has great help
What's not so great: A little slow in getting started and seems to have updates continually
