YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID NOT TO USE WIFI (EVEN THOUGH I USE CABLE WIFI. IT TOOK AN EXTRA TWO HOURS AND I HAD TO HARDWIRE IT TO FINISH.

I will continue to use turbotax for all future returns. I have used it for several years and am very pleased with the ease to use and reliability of results.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate.
What's not so great: Program takes care or all details.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is the BEST!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for the past seven years and there is no other software product on the market any better. Whenever I have a tax question, Turbo Tax either has the answer or provides me with multiple website links to go find the detail I am researching. It is so very user friendly and informative. Most importantly it has helped me save a lot of tax money paid and personal time in preparing my taxes each year. Turbo Tax keep up with the GREAT JOB!
What's great about it: Very user friendly and easy to follow step-by-step.
What's not so great: NONE.

2012 turbo tax

When I printed a preview copy (which I will keep for my records) it did not indicate that I was going to e-file and pay electronically. Now every one goes all the way through the process before printing. Some like to review the paper copy.
What's great about it: With the current tax complexity, I never could do it without Turbo Tax
What's not so great: I like to print my return and preview it before I file.

hard to find specific areas

i found it more difficult to use then previous years- i ckecked to see how to amend a form for just the information however, i couldn't go back to the normal area and had to close the whole program then restart it again but it still broght me back to the amend form.
What's great about it: pulling in last years data
What's not so great: not able to delete certiain areas ie:amending tax form

Absolutely love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years.
Don't understand why anyone would ever pay a tax person to have their taxes done. Turbo Tax couldn't make the processs any easier.

Good prodcut, but getting pricier

Worked very well in handling my cross country move, filing in multiple states and showing me what I could deduct. Also was helpful in providing information on what I should be documenting better for future returns. However, the cost per state edition appears to have gone up and e-file is not included with it which is quite annoying. When I went to get a copy, there also no longer appeared to be a Federal & State bundle which was disappointing.
What's great about it: Handled moving, mileage and multiple states well
What's not so great: No more state & federal bundle deal, efile charge on top of state charges
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
