ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT

As this is the 24th year I have used TurboTax, I find it difficult to keep coming up with positive comments that I, and many others, have not already used! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Had troubles with hybride car

This misunderstanding cost me several rejected fileings because the mistake could not be easily fixed. Turbo Tax kelp flagging for a form 7090 for the Hybrid car even after I had taken it out. Finally find how to fix problem but not easy thing to do. And then still had rejection problems with IRS even with TT saying all was good.
What's great about it: nice that it is there
What's not so great: didn't know that it had to be a new car until I was half way into it

I have no complaints on Turbo Tax , Its well organized and facilitated. i use "It's deductible" but I wonder why as you enter the item cost , there isnt an easy way to override the suggested retail. It seems athe you would have to back out of eachwindow in order to put your own cost, which is probably lower than you allow . "it's Deductible" have never been in a real thrift shop.
I have a suggestion, I think you are passing up an opportunity to sell each year to repeat customer by not offering a deep discount ... I would buy direct from TT each year if you came close or beat the big box prices , But for sure Im not going to pay you full retail and shipping when I can get a $10 discount at a big box store.

Turbo Tax Does Not Rock anymore....

I have been a Turbo Tax user since it came out. I cannot believe all the additional fees for this and that this year. I will look into other tax programs alot closer next year due to all these additional fees.
What's great about it: GPS guidance
What's not so great: Nickel and dime you for everything

I originally starting using Turbo Tax because my late husband used it to do our taxes before he passed away. All in all, I continue to use and have used Turbo Tax for the past 12 years because it is walks you through step by step and it is fairly easy to do.
What's great about it: Easy to use and previous year's information automatically transferred to new return.
What's not so great: It didn't pick up all numbers and amounts from the information downloaded from financial sites.

Easy as Pie

Turbo Tax is a very informative tax preparation program, every line is explained to you in detail. I have been using it for years. The first year that I used Turbo Tax I took my time and read every bit of information that it had to offer. Even then it did not take me long to prepare my taxes. Since then using Turbo Tax has been a breeze to file my taxes. I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone that I know.

I finished my return on Feb. 18th and thought I filed it.
In looking in Turbo Tax today, it hadn't been filed.

An e-mail should be sent out when a return is finished or almost finished and there is no more action for 7-10 days, so your clients are informed
