Short and sweet

The fact that the disk needed to be removed, that I had to close out the application completely and then reopen it in order to download updates would have been helpful in the instructions. Until I found that out on a chatline, I was VERY frustrated.
What's great about it: I liked how simple it was to file and e-file
What's not so great: Trying to upload the updates was a bit frustrating.

THE SINGLE MAJOR COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE IS THE INABILITY TO PRINT ANY OF THE DISPLAY SCREENS (LIKE SOME OF THE SUMMARY PAGES) WITHOUT THE USE OF "PAINT" SOFTWARE, OR SOME OTHER PROCEDURE.

The prompts made it easy for me to know what to do next. It was easy to review and go back and change things if I needed to. All I had to do was provide the information and Turbo Tax let me know what I could and couldn't deduct and the status of my dependents.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow prompts. Reviews easily.

I have never done my taxes myself. I'm so glad I did my taxes this year. Was pretty easy and now I can do it on my own every year and not have to pay an over priced accountant to do basic taxes.
What's great about it: Almost all was so easy to figure out
What's not so great: I did get a bit confused on the State

link help request ti sections in the tax codes would be nice but overall. It does a good job with letting you know all about what is important about you taxes.
What's great about it: Its always looking for the latest updates on forms and tax rules
