I liked the previous years turbo tax better than this one. It was constantly upgrading.
What's not so great: I didnt like that the itemized deduction would not print when I sent a tax return in.

Turbo Tax is akin to 'Filing Taxes for Dummies'. Very straightforward GUI. Highly recommend.

Everything about TurboTax this year was great. No issues. If your not using Turbo Tax your spending way too much money on a tax professional to do it.

Very easy to use

Once again a very easy tax year thanks to Intuit. State was included and had to pay no fee to efile.
What's great about it: Simple step by step walk through by just answering a few questions. Nicely laid out.
What's not so great: None

Excellent Software

This program is excellent! It was easy to use and provided the opportunity to move back and forth to make corrections, etc.
What's great about it: Details every category of deductions
What's not so great: Some of the requirements are confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Support, Software Problems

Program crashed ten times when trying to pay taxes with credit card, seems to be fixed now. Tech support via phone was not good.
I had four questions that a professional accountant answered on the phone. Super helpful and professional. Only waited 10 -15 minutes.
What's great about it: In person accountant tax support
What's not so great: Mac software issues
