Really great product

Overall, TT is great. I have been filing taxes using deluxe version for many years. I have always had crashes on PC but past two years have switched to Mac and TT runs much much smoother - zero crashes. Anyway, it is a always a great experience. I can't see any reason to use a service or do it by hand. E-file is effortless. Just use it!
What's great about it: Fast and easy data entry
What's not so great: does not handle RITA well - needs imrpovement
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Problem with student's education credits
on March 7, 2013

When entering my daughter's taxes you asked dozens of questions about her education expenses even though she was my dependent and I'd already taken the education credit. After entering all of these education questions for her, you say she gets no deduction because it was taken by her parents. Why don't you just ask the initial question if her parents took an education credit/deduction for her expenses? That would avoid all this useless entry (including digging up all of the information which had already been put away?
What's not so great: Much useless effort could easily be avoided

Found 1 error on review but did not identify where it was. Endless loop or check - done - check - done. No answers anywhere.
