Too Many Forms - You made it easy

You should consider bundling the Turbo Tax and Quicken software for a one time purchase instead of buying two products.
What's great about it: I like methodology. I calculate separately and compare to your calcs.

Understandable & Easy to Use

Once you've collected and organized all of the needed data and forms, the system's logic makes it easy to input your information. I loved the system constantly showing the prior year's input so that you could compare and apply a reasonableness test to this year's input.
What's great about it: Very logical presentation and information flow

found an issue not handled

I transferred 2011 into 2012 and started and completed 2012. BUT, I found a mistake in 2011 and filed an amended return. TT DOES NOT have a way to transfer the amended data into 2012.
They said I would need to start all over and enter everyting for 2012. I have 60 pages of taxes. I know that I am not the first person to have this happen.
What a pain!
What's great about it: good transfer of last years data --- saves time
What's not so great: couldn't retransfer last years data after filing amended tax

During the review if a blank space is shown and they tell you to enter What should be there---a figure or a word But you have NOTHING to enter----I could find no way to correct the problem. There should be a way. I found only thing to do is write "NONE" or "0.00.
Used Turbo Tax a lot of years and I think you have done better in the past.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to follow guide lines as they are presented.
What's not so great: NEED a way to DELETE an entry with one punch!!!

Taxes with ease

Tred every way I can think of but can't sign in no matter what user namer and password. When taking the "don't remember" route, that way didn't work for me either. So I took the individual route to complete these returns. That's the only thing that kept me from giving this a five star rating. But, I still would recommend this service to anyone!
What's great about it: Clear instructions for clutzes like me.
What's not so great: Unable to access to my account info.
