Awesome Tax Program!

Fanastic Customer Service Reps.

No complaints in general, however, I had great difficulty in printing my returns. I have used Turbo Tax over 10 years and never have I experienced such trouble. After spending hours on the phone with customer service rep. (Both were fantastic) was I able to print. Solution to problem was to save all data and remove program and then download new program that Rep. sent. I feel that the programmer left out a step dealing with printing before saving to PDF form, unless I had a corrupt disc.

Fed tax GREAT -- State tax (Ohio) WEAK

The Fed tax is super. The state tax contains the fields to fill in, but no explaination of anything, not even the instructions from the paper IT-1040. I had to go to the state tax web pages and search and then get 50 hits or so and then look for one that answered my questions. It is sad that, year after year, the state tax costs $20 extra to efile (1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the package) and the software is unhelpful for filing state tax.
Other than that, It is a fine fed tax product. I've used it every year since it first came out.
What's great about it: The help and explanations in Fed tax are very helpful.
What's not so great: There is no help and explanations in State tax.
