Always a great experience

Excellent as usual. Long time user (about 20 years), big time fan. My expectations were perfectly met.
What's great about it: Familiar, reliable and consist. Gets easier every year.

I have used Turbo tax & Quicken for longer than I can remember. It's familiar and easy to understand for my tax situation.
What's great about it: I like the simple questions that guide me through the process and the likelihood the situation will apply to me.
What's not so great: I still have to do something to file my taxes.

I love Turbo Tax!!! I have been using it for years now and it makes what can be a very stressful time that much easier. All I have to do is have my paperwork ready and as I'm guided through my return, I can just set it aside. I really like that I can get a better explanation of items if needed. Thanks Turbo Tax...see you next year:)

can do in the comfort of own home. no need to load up all your paperwork and take it somewhere and take the chance on not having everything

i really like this program, way better then hr block, it does the same thing that they do for you there, with out the 2 to 5 hour wait time. next year you just transfer all the data. there is only one charge nothing extra for more employers ect. just have to pay extra $20.00 for state if you want to do it electronic,
What's great about it: no long lines, easy to use, other people think you are real smartf because you do your own taxes
What's not so great: just have to pay extra $20.00 for state if you want to do it electronic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
