Navigation & Print Shortcomings

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years without difficulty; but navigating between steps to make corrections and to print selective worksheets is much more complicated than it was previously. Also it gets tiresome being reminded throughout the process that I can get extra help; or purchase insurance to guarantee my refund. Be satisfied that we bought your product; make the process as simple as possible & forget about reminding us throughout that we can buy purchase additional services.
What's great about it: Step by Step Progression is still pretty good
What's not so great: Navigation between steps & printing of forms is difficult

I tried several times to return to my schedule C-EZ to make a correction but was unable to retrieve it. Other than that, I like TurboTax doing my taxes.
What's great about it: Fast & revelatively easy
What's not so great: I was unable to make a change to my C-EZ form

Last year and this year I had same problem when I got to the state return (PA). We have two businesses, and when we got to the Pa return, we had three. No idea where the third one came from but HUGE error on turbo tax part. Same as last year, wish someone would fix this.
What's great about it: helps sort out lots of info

Got my money!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and I really like the features, but this year I noticed that they no longer analyze the return during the review to give you the audit risk. I really liked that feature, and I think it should be brought back. I know they have a program your can add on, but really? Do we need to spend more money on something that is more just a risk analysis? No. I'll keep buying, but I am a bit disappointed this year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, complete for my needs,
What's not so great: No Audit risk checker anymore.

I really like using Turbo Tax. Will continue to use. I still struggle with the education section. using the 1098-T, and
