State return not accepted

I have used turbo tax for many years now. It takes the pain out of doing taxes. The down side is that when done, you really understand what all went into the interconnected docuemts that end up getting filed. This year, my state filing was rejected. While turbo tax does a good job walking you through the tax code, it does not do much to point out what caused the return to be rejected.
What's great about it: Easy guidance through the process
What's not so great: Poor help on how to fix errors when state submissions was rejected.

TurboTax Deluxe edition was incredibly easy to use. This was the first time I had ever done the taxes on my own and I was done in a very fast manner. Will be using for the foreseable future.

What's great about it: The Error Lists were a great help!
What's not so great: Sometimes I wanted to print worksheets??

Filing Return Easy and Uncomplicated

Needed some Turbo Tax help on how to correct an error noted in final review. Contacted Help Center via phone and the representative was outstanding and very patient in walking me through the process and helping me find the error. Took a lot of time and this person was simply great and the problem, created by me, was resolved and my return ready for filing. My sincere appreciation to this rep whose name escapes me now. I am so glad that I began using Turbo Tax several years ago in order to complete my IRS returns. Very reliable, efficient and easy approach in accomplishing this. Thanks.
What's great about it: As usual, Turbo Tax has made preparation and filing of my return easy, fast and expedient.
