quick and easy

I like the ability to do my taxes at home as my schedule allows. It is easy to use, straightforward and self-explanatory.
What's great about it: like the step by step approach
What's not so great: sometimes seems redundant
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MY TAX RETURN FOR OVER 8 YEARS, IT HAS ALWAYS HELPED WITH MAKING IT SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Its finally done

Went to a lot of trouble entering the medical expenses which were of no value because of the cap amount. Should have been able to skip that area, without going through the hassle. It kept asking for the details, so I went through all the extra work.
What's great about it: all the right questions were asked

I have used turbo tax for I don't know how many years, at the least 10-12 years that I can remember. Always easy, thorough and for me error free. The only errors I have ever experienced were USER errors.
What's great about it: The Best Software for preparing taxes
What's not so great: NONE

as always turbo tax was the proram for me to use.

I was very satisfied using turbo tax as always. The only thing I was missing was forms for homeimprovments. I was told that I would have to fill out forms for this. We had our roof replaced and improved but there was no forms to be found for this or any other improvments that are deductable. This will not stop me from using turbo tax again.
What's great about it: easy to use ans accurate

Have been using this program for years - it only gets better!! A few clicks and you are on your way to hassle free returns.
Gather your forms, insert your numbers and TurboTax handles all the hard stuff finding every deduction you deserve.
E-filing makes life easy but secure. Low cost for State e-filing is worth every penny.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and trouble-free.
What's not so great: All good!
