So happy to have my tax returns done - Turbo Tax makes it so easy to take care of an unpleasant annual task. All the forms are there and the program walks you through everything in an easy and undertandable manner. When i am unsure of anything, i read the "Help" and i always receive a thorough and helpful explanation. Always appreciate the final check, too! Thank you, Turbo Tax!

2013 good refund

will definitely use turbotax again. also would recommend it to friends. only spent one fifth of what we spent using a professional tax prep service last year. Very happy with refund.

Even though we owe the process is so simple. Would recommend Turbo Tax to others especially those that will probably owe.

This years tax turbo tax gets lost. I made changes to my Indiana tax and the system would never update. It truly is a joke. I did my entire taxes by hand and compared them to turbo tax because turbo tax led me in the wrong direction more than once. The Federal tax code is too complex but turbo tax has tried to dumb it down so much, you have no idea what it is doing. very dissatisfied this year. I am printing and filing by mail and will probably fill out the Indiana one by hand. Doug
