no longer can print iTs deductible entries....BAD

ITs deductible format not user friendly at all with new changes. Cannot print list. Lost the iTs deductible task bar so now have to list at Favorites to access throughout the year & remember to go to Favorites.
Capital Gains section mutual funds cost basis has NO check box for situation where cost basis was shown on 1099, is incorrect but NOT reported to IRS so said cost basis was NOT on 1099 form when it really was and reported my cost basis.
Although schedule A is not sent to IRS, I think it should be one of the major worksheets to print out for one's records. It enables users, especially NEW users not familiar with what data is on which form to see the data they have entered from their records.

First Time User of TurboTax

As a first time user of TurboTax, I found the process very easy and the information clear and concise.
I have not filed my taxes without the help of a CPA in years, but will continue to use TurboTax in the future.

Used Turbo Tax for years...No problems, ever!

I also did my mother-in-laws taxes (first time I'd done one for a retiree). I had to check form in IRS to see why one entry was more than in previous years. After 45 minutes, I concluded Turbo-Tax was right for both years.
What's great about it: Still easy to use.
What's not so great: This year did not include a summary of where we stood relative to similar returns.

Easy to work with

I have used Turbo tax for quite a few years and this year seemed the easiest to do. The download feature works great and was accurate.
What's great about it: very straight forward
What's not so great: Why do we have to pay to file the State forms electronically?

Great Experience

This program makes it very easy to go through the steps for a return. I made a fundamental mistake with a couple of forms, but the help provided by Turbotax was thorough and courteous. The running comparison to the previous year is helpful - should be added to State process also.
What's great about it: I made mistakes, & the help provided was outstanding.
What's not so great: More of an overview at beginning might help understand the process.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Keep up the good work. I've used TT for over 20 years, with never a problem requiring a call or email to them.
What's great about it: Very complete and easy to use
What's not so great: Charge for state efiling, and printing return a little confusing
