why is the turbo-tax community the only source of reference.
And with every question I had there was 10 or more others looking for that same question/ answer, I was expecting a true Turbo-tax expert to help answer, not a lot of empty responses. Would be great if there was a Turbo-tax web sight that covered issues from prior years and how they could be applied to following year questions.

What's great about it: received txt to phone due to a info mistake

I have been using H&R block for years. I have never had more peace of mind then this year when I switched to Turbo Tax.... It is way cheaper for me and I was able to view every aspect of my refund myself instead of having a third party do it for me. I love watching my refund increase right before my eyes.. Plus Turbo tax gaurentees!

I may just try it again for 2013, but if I have these same problems, will be trying a different way to prepare my taxes next year.
