had to install twice for any updating to work. I have a new laptop with windows 8, not sure if that had anything to do with it. have used turbo tax for years and never had a problem before. I'll still use in the future.
What's great about it: that it is so fast

pretty happy with Turbo Tax

For some reason this year's TurboTax program gave me a hard time when transitioning from the Federal return to the state return. The state return would not come up even though I followed the prompts correctly. Finally I clicked on the TurboTax Community where I found other users had the same problem. Someone suggested to close the program and then restart. That worked and allowed me to do the state return. Hopefully this glitch will not happen next time.

I have always used Turbo Tax and received maximum refunds. No stress. Takes very little time with very little stress.
