Have used since 2004. Just tossed the old 2004 retail box and disk. Interesting to see the marketing of TT product (box design, colors, consumer info) evolve over the years, but always smooth. Great product,; Very comfortable using this. Have confidence in trustworthy of info, references, updating, etc.
What's great about it: Definately ease of use; Updates; intuitive; great embedded references; ability to see actual tax form from entry window
What's not so great: Confusing when trying change form state to fed; this years interface a bit too condescending

What's great about it: Complete, easy and convenient
What's not so great: NONE

Turbo Tax ROCKS!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and I am increasingly impressed with the software. Turbo Tax pays attention to detail and offers the "self" tax prepare a facility that is both easy to use, but also provide video tutorials and training for the complete novice. In addition, I feel as if the Turbo Tax team is always trying to improve the product which certainly helps underscore why it is the most complete and popular tax preparing software on the market!
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Up-to-date Tax Information
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind

Good Software

Over all good software. It was easy to use and was simple to install. I did get tired of getting past the ad at the beginning every time I opened software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, helpful hints, and quick.
What's not so great: Had to pay to efile my state refund.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This year's Turbo Tax provided a greatly simplified approach which enabled us to avoid much of the complications we experienced last year.

Need to be a little more detailed weather to add minor childrens ssa-1099 to filers ssa-1099 and any other forms that may require same filing.

Zip Code Error

The zip code on my paperwork from my charity was rejected and there was no way to correct it. I had to print out and mail my fed tax return, which was VERY disappointing. I will likely look to another tax s/w next year.
What's not so great: Could not efile Fed Tax
