Frustrated

I had an error in my W-2G form and it would not let me e-file. I was unable to correct box 13 so I deleted and reentered them.
Tried to e-file again and forms were not updated. Tried to print forms to mail and ended up in the review section. I did not want to write a review at this time but am forced to.

What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Problems correcting W2-gs and printing final return.

It works for all situations...no need to have someone prepare your taxes.
What's great about it: Fast and Thorough.

Best Way to Prepare Taxes!

This is the only way to prepare a tax return without a CPA. Easy to use, logical, explanations, audit meter are all very helpful.
What's great about it: Logical and concise.
What's not so great: Had to search for SEP contributions

Overall a very good experience. I've used Turbotax for several years. This was the easiest experience yet. I'll continue to use it.
What's great about it: Used the guided feature. Easy and systamatic. covered all teh bases
What's not so great: could use an automatic save feature. Had a problem getting my state material as I had to do a manual close out

I've used turbotax for many years. My return is fairly simple and I'm confident that the software walks me through the complete process.
What's great about it: simple to complete - logical order
What's not so great: hard to find 'how to' on routing information

Highly recommend Turbo Tax. It takes all the stress out of doing taxes, and is so much fast and easy. And I like the 'reviews' for errors, and the 'analysis' that's included.
Have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and will continue to do so... wouldn't even consider changing!
