i got very nervous when i was stuck in a loop of duplicate social security number error - i filled out the contact us info and got a number and it was only a five minute wait for a wonderful person who walked me through to fix the errors and my return refund was the same with the fix.....so it all worked out easily and pretty quickly....thank you turbo tax!!

Return preparation comprehensive and e-filing convenient.
What's great about it: Covered all topics necessary, while allowed me to work without unnecessary prompting.

Always a good program to prepare your taxes. It seems that every time I access the program there are updates. You never know if you have all the available revisions before you file.

i HAD A GOOD TIME AGAIN THIS YEAR WITH TURBO TAX, USED THE COMMUNITY FORUM AND THE CALL CENTER SEVERAL TIMES. WAS REALLY DISSAPOINTED AT THE END, WHEN IT CAME TO THE EFILE SECTION. IT WAS VERY CONFUSING WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO THE PIN # AT THE EFILING TIME. DIDN'T KNOW IF YOU COULD USE THE PIN FROM PREVIOUS YEAR OR HAD TO GET A NEW PIN # FOR ONE OR BOTH OF US.
What's great about it: the ease at which turbotax is to understand
What's not so great: NOT ENOUGH INSTRUCTION AT THE POINT OF EFILING PIN NUMBER

Will continue to use unless continually having ID theft problems.
What's great about it: Will let you know if something is going wrong
What's not so great: Doesn't or can't always explain or correct identity theft problems..... but not really their fault.
