This product makes filing taxes easy by guiding you through the process step by step and using last years info to pre fill this years return.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes quick and easy
What's not so great: Had touble downloading state return

would be nice if 1099 's could follow w2's instead of having to find where to list items like rrb1099.
make the program so dummies like me can follow with ease, do not presume I know what you mean as many times I do not and it is very easy to get confused.

Complained about no State Tax Forms. Returned after an hour, tried again & it was there.

State version (AR) does not provide adequate support for retired teachers who qualify for certain legal consideration with regard to state taxes.
What's great about it: Comprehensive review and plenty of help
What's not so great: Can be frustrating to manually undo an unintended entry on an unnecessary form

It took no time to do my returns, done in two hours start to e-file both federal and state. It reminded me of some deductions I was able to claim.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, had no problem doing my returns.
What's not so great: No Cons

After using Turbo Tax for many years, this year I had trouble and found it more difficult. I had started my return and had input much information . When I went back to it after a day or two it prompted me to update, which I did. I then discovered that my entire return had disappeared, not to be found. So I started over from scratch, however now I could not even bring forward the data from last years return. This mean't I had to input every detail starting with my name and address. I don't know what happened and realize I could be at fault, but the updating appeared to wipe out my first attempt.
What's not so great: Never had trouble before!

Once again, Turbo Tax surprised me. Received a huge credit I didn't know I could receive. It's great that Turbo Tax looks for anything you might qualify for that you might overlook on your own.
Have recommended Turbo Tax to friends due to it's ease of use and price. Who wants to pay a tax professional hundreds of dollars when Turbo Tax can help guide you as a friend could for one low price. Thanks Turbo Tax!

What's great about it: CREDIT I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND ON MY OWN
What's not so great: TOO MANY READING POINT REDUNDANCIES
