Great Product in the past though problematic 2013

This year, after over 15 years of accuracy use by me, the software generated a form that was not needed (8582) and this form was one on hold by the IRS since 01/301/2012 which caused me at least a 30-day wait period for the IRS and State to accept my filing. Then, on top of that, the normal wait time for refund.
What's great about it: Very easy to use for all years used (+/- 15)
What's not so great: Software generated an unneeded form

Dell had deleted my 2011 return when they "fixed" a problem on the computer. Turbo Tax got me through the filing without a problem.
What's great about it: covered all bases. no mickey mouse questions

been doing taxes for 40 years and this is simple and easy and painless...except for all the money that we spend every year.

Had problems e-mailing because of minor changes needed to information on some forms. I ha to go back to "forms" in order to make these changes before it would allow me to e-file.

Everything was easy as always! I did have an issue with one of the fields caculating properly but I got help from a pro on the phone thanks to Turbo Tax. Was a sinch!

Turbo Tax is a Must

I've used Turbo Tax for several years, and every year, after completion of my returns, I am so very grateful to this software. It's really hard to understand why anyone with a computer would use a so-called "tax professional", when Turbo Tax is available, probably at a fraction of the cost of the professional. Besides, using the TT program gives me the opportunity to be more knowledgeable of tax issues such as income and allowable deductions.
