An excellent product as always. Windows 8 problems should have been fixed prior to shipping.

Overall, I have appreciated being able to utilize Turbo Tax.
As mentioned above, how to approach some questions is not clear, and is frustrating.
Great being able to import info from financial institutions.
Last year, great on-line help much appreciated.
Changed from PC to MAC and received exact info on how to move my records and import the previous years taxes to MAC.

What's great about it: Beats paying someone else to complete tax returns
What's not so great: What is being asked for sometimes is just not clear.

Didn't experience the cons above in previous years. Hope these glitches get corrected.
What's not so great: Froze up before state tax calculations started. E-filing was a little bumpy as well.

Easier than the old way

Had to call Turbo Tax for assistance, and the representative was outstanding.
The onhold music is terrible - if you can survive it, the assistance is worth the wait.

ROTH IRA CONFUSING

HAD A HAIR PULLING EXPERIENCE TRYING TO DO MY ROTH DISTRIBUTION. WASN'T SURE OF SOME OF THE QUESTIONS.

I have recommended Turbo Tax to all friends. This is the most effortless tax software available. Never had a problem.

Great Product

I have been using this tax software when it was called Parson's.
Over the years, i have watched this product mature into a great time saver and faster returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Had t wait for the Energy Credit forms to be finalized.
