Love it. I have used Turbo Tax since the 1980's when it first came out. This product is the best...easy to use and very reliable. Love it and it is worth the buy!!!

Was relieved that all went well. Was very stressed to do my taxes without an accountant. Now I think he was highly overpaid!!

My son did his taxes "online" ... how does that work?
What's great about it: this year, your process seemed a lot simpler; i used to have a lot of problems in previous years.
What's not so great: some of the explanations were confusing ... hope i entered the right numbers in the right places.

Every time i tried to access my intuit account i was given error messages. i tried to retrieve and change my password but it would never except the change, Information was imported incorrectly from my 2011 return and I was unable to change it and finally just started over. it was TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!
What's not so great: Unable to access any help to answer questions not on the frequently asked menu. Unable to find a customer service numbe

all in all very good product Ive been using turbo tax for many years, will continue to do so

What's not so great: trouble downloading state forms, trouble accessing credit card form for efile of state forms
