I still like turbo the best, and most of the people were very helpful and those that weren't sure did direct me to the people who could help. I would reccommend turbo to others and will continue to use it myself.
What's great about it: easy to follow and people you can call right away
What's not so great: show some of changes from previous year so you can be prepared

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and will continue to use it -- it is easy to use and the guides are very helpful and save lots of time.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Charitable contributions entry is painful

Product worked as represented. Simple and easy to follow step by step instructions.
The only thing I dislike is having to pay extra to file state return. It would be better if you were charged up front instead of when you are ready to e-file returns. Even better if it was included in the price of the product since it states that it includes your state return on the box.

Second year I have used Turbo Tax. Did multiple states and federal return in an hour and a half. Nice!!! I will do this every year.

Hard to find forms, print info,
No transfer from last year Always did it in past. Reduce the price and leave format alone!!

In NJ participated in a 401b. My contributions were taxed by NJ monthly as I made them - but taxed deferred for the federal government.
Firstly, TTax did not remind me in my state filing that my 401b contributions were taxed by NJ at the time of contribution. When asked, in NJ filing, "What part of these contributions were previously taxed", I put zero (thinking only in the federal tax case). I had forgotten that NJ taxed all contributions into a 401b. As the recipient of a 1st time required disbursement, The Question I would have preferred and which would have made sense to me is this: "For NJ What is the tax basis or total of your contribution amount to this annuity (IRA)."
