State Refunds were enter, BUT NEVER RECORDED ON 1040!

What's not so great: CAN NOT edit revved reruns coercing ERRORS!

Deductions

The education expenses for higher education, along with 529 document sections, need more work. The items are there, but need to be more clearly labelled or explained. At times I felt like I was driving through a dark tunnel, only knowing that there was an opening, but having to touch the walls to get to the other side. Bottom line, more steps and or guidance is needed here. Thank you.

I have completed my own taxes for 50 years working from the tax instructions. My first time using a computer program for doing my taxes and am very satisfied with the overall process and results. I'll be using TurboTax again.
What's great about it: Very easy to use; first-time user/fully satisfied.
What's not so great: I have no complaints.

Turbo Tax still has errors uncorrected for 2 years (at least). The screen to login to Buffalo funds does not correspond to the security system they have switched for years ago.

Smooth as silk and inexpensive considering the "Expert" help available. I don't need a CPA, but I do have deductions and need help with those.
What's great about it: Explanation available if you are unsure what you have.
