2012 not as good as normal

I had lots of trouble downloading from Morgan Stanley. It would not accept my account name or password through TT . I spent many hours with MorganStanley tech support. They finally ended up changing my password to a simple numeric to get it to work. I see lots of other people also had trouble from many different partners. Fix this for next year. Also I had trouble getting rid of a K-1 form that was carried over from a previous year. Your instructions didn't exist. Others with the same problem came up with the solution to delete the form. I wouldn't have known how or where that information was without their help.
What's great about it: easy guide was fine
What's not so great: trouble with imported stuff

2013 Tax Year

Where I used the import feature for investments, the Turbo Tax program enters the information with different names from what the investment company is called leading to confusion on what has and what has not yet been entered. As a result, once I cleaned up double entries, the error check came back and thought I had missing information and would not let me move on without manually entering all of the information over again. Also, for both the income and deductions sections, when you use the easy guide and you finish a category, the program always returns you to the top of the section you are in. That means you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page before proceeding. This is annoying and time consuming. When you finish a category of income or deductions, you should be returned to the BOTTOM of the page automatically so you can move on.
What's great about it: Fairly comprehensive.
What's not so great: Import feature continues to cumbersome. See review.
