love it!
What's great about it: simple, easy to understand
What's not so great: wish the state e-file was free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Love the product. Even though it is programmed, I always research information on my own. I discovered a small problem with entering some retirement income this year, but was able to figure out how to enter the data. Otherwise, no issues. Will definitely continue to use Turbo Tax. Thanks and keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Love the ability to use step by step or explore on my own
What's not so great: Doesn't cover all retirement income possibilities

Fed okay state and local somewhat confusing

Overall okay but it would really, really help if a feature was added to allow one to enlarge the view on the screen, like one can do in all Microsoft Office products.

i have been using TurboTax for a umber of years and each year it gets better and easy to fill out the Forms. This year I was doing independent contracting. I was not new to all of the information needed to file. The step through the filing was very easy.
What's great about it: ease of filling out the forms
What's not so great: none

Great program and easy to use. I love the audit support that can be purchased. I had to use this once and it's worth the money.

I would have appreciated more guidance in contributing extra to my HSA - it should have been suggested.
I would like more help on the Deluxe version I have - it seems to decrease with more advertising for upgrades.
I love the information that carries over from year to year.
VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT MY STATE FAX FORM WOULD NOT EFILE THIS YEAR - TOO MANY 1099'S WITH TAX WITH HELD WAS THE REASON GIVEN.

I am 83 years old and I need all the help I can get, so I use Turbotax.
What's great about it: Took several hours, but without Turbo it would have taken severa weeks.
