The only way to file your returns

New options keep making the time to complete my taxes shorter every year.
Keep it up.
My future would be to have three clicks.
1. open turbo tax
2. ok who I am from last year
turbo tax gets everything from the internet
3. click OK to file

Been a loyal customer for over a decade... this was not a highlight year for Turbo Tax

This was the first time I used this program. It definitely walked you through each step and gave explanations as to why you didn't get money back. Learned a few things along the way!
What's great about it: flowed easy, max amount back

My computer crashed last year. Lost all my prior years returns. Wish there was a way to retrieve my prior year information so I would not have to start all over.

I change computers over the years and files get lost. It would be great if turbo tax could pull from a database to get my information securely of course.
What's great about it: Speed and easy to understand
What's not so great: would like it if there was a way to import previous tax files when I change computers
