2012 Refund Filing

This is my 3rd year doing my and my kids taxes and using Turbo Tax makes it very easy to do. The guide takes you thru everything needed and the drop down screens give you added comfort in knowing that you're doing ok.
The first year I used it, I was very nervous as had never done taxes before. I got pretty much the same results as the CPA who did them as well. Have been using it ever since.

What's great about it: very easy to understand and follow guides
What's not so great: going thru some of the screens and exiting took you back to summary vs staying in the subject

Please make it easier to change a person's banking details to receive their refund directly into their bank account.

Unacceptable License agreement

This section in the license agreement trying to free Intuit of all responsibility for keeping data secure is totally unacceptable...
5. YOUR PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I depend on this software. It's like you use a tax preparer service. Really beats doing by hand. I enjoy seeing the Refund calculated as I go along. Turbo Tax software developers really enjoying providing help to tax filers who can't afford going to the tax service.

Fast & Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years. This version of the software seems quicker and more intuitive. Even with kids making noise in the background, I was able to finish in no time.
What's great about it: Really like the auto fill W2 employer information. Saves a ton of time.
