I love Turbo Tax and refer it to everyone I know (all the time). I love that I can have additional people use the product (family) w/o addl costs and they love it too.

This is my 10th year using TurboTax and I could not be more pleased. Every year the program finds things I would have missed and more than pays for itself. I don't expect to ever file tax returns without TurboTax. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: comprehensive, fast, accurate, complete

i decided to use Turbo Tax because my deductions were simple and using Turbo Tax was easy. Also the price was just right. I will use it again next Year.

this is an excellent program and is very user friendly. my only concern is that every possible deduction does not seem to be covered. there are tons of loopholes and gray areas that can enhance your tax breaks and refunds, but unfortunately you have to actually take taxation classes or be close with a CPA to find those out. other than that, this program is 100% worth it.

What's not so great: does not go over every possible deduction

Easy to use

Great program, easy to use and understand. Transfers files from year to year which cuts down on the amount of time needed to complete taxes. We have been using turbo tax for the last five years and we really like it. We always get our maximum refund using turbo tax.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is very easy to use. It walks you through the entire process without confusion..
What's not so great: Paying to efile state return
