Found it easy and convenient to complete. Have used it for over 8 years.
What's great about it: Convenience and throughness of questions and analysis.
What's not so great: Some odd categories, more IRS issues that Turbo Tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think next year, I will go to a professional.
I have used TurboTax several times in the past, however, I found this years TurboTax more difficult.

What's great about it: The pros of Turbo Tax is I got this done at home online and filed electronically.
What's not so great: I had to install updates, BEFORE ,it would work and it took to much time to find out WHY it wasn't downloading.

The previus years Turbo Tax ( I've used over 10) guided you more, suggested more direction.

Being retired, I had a major question on what was "taxable income" from retirement sources. After "Asking the Pro's my question was answered completely in terms I could understand . could not have been better .

It s the fastest and easiest way to complete and file a tax return. Have been using turbo tax for 16 years. Wounldn't change to another program.

Contact Turbo Tax

There is not a way to contact Turbo Tax without paying additional. Once I actually found an error in the program (unusual transaction) and could not find a way to contact Turbo. I had to manually make the correction. This year my brother had an unusual 1099 which he needed instructions how to handle and there is no way to contact Turbo Tax without a fee. Even the forum was not helpful.
Turbo should have some way, email or whatever, to contact them.
