Seemed to be in a loop for the state tax return. It said it needed to save my return then came back with software is uo to date.
Satisfied with Federal return.

What's great about it: Easy, walked me through everything
What's not so great: Could not open state tax return, my deluxe version was supposed to include a free state tax.

I had very s;mall problems with the program. Just some things I didn't understand because Turbo tax called it onething and I called it something else.
The biggest problem was not knowing when IRS and CA FTB sent my refund other than checking my account every day. Seemed inefficient, I thought I would get notification when IRS completed it's review and deposited the money.

have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. i like that previous years info is fowarded to current year to reduce time & trouble..and provides continuity.

Still a fan

I am still a big fan of TurboTax. I just wish there was a way to go from section to section without scrolling down the main page to get to the Continue button. This year I did my taxes in several sittings and it was a little annoying that when I came back, it didn't automatically take me where I left off. I wish it did. Also this year, unlike previous years, I was unable to put my own donation item with price under ItsDeductible. Or at least it wasn't intuitive enough for me to figure it out.
What's great about it: Ease of use, transfers last year's info & the explain windows
What's not so great: Scrolling down the page for the next section

Please don't buy turbotax software. It will cost you more than online for state E-file. It is charge even more when you file two state. It is my first time to buy turbotax softare. Never again!

Even though this program presents the best in the market, it needs to improve the easiness of deduction clearly depicted in the step by step of the program.
it should be improved in a way to maximize the deductions that sometimes we find out we re entitled to it once we already filed the return.
