Re Medical Deductions Section - Doctors
It is not clear that user will be asked for hospital and clinic cost later - user wastes time intering this charges and then going back and deleting them from the Doctors page.

I have been using Intuit Tax Products for over 10 years. I have yet to have it make a mistake. It is so easy to use and get help from all the hints. I like the pictures you added in 2012 and now even print the forms in COLOR. I guess that just shows i have been taxes for TOO LONG. TurboTAX is the easy way to your taxes done.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and change something if you need to.

Easiest and most efficient way to do taxes

I've used TurboTax year after year for more than five years now to do my taxes, have never had any problems, and usually receive refunds in a timely fashion. It's a terrific product that could stand some small improvements, significantly in two areas.
I'm a graduate student who does some freelance work. In some cases, this results in 1) confusion about the effect of "non-qualified expenses"; and 2) a lot of redundant data entry.
1) Confusing on ed expenses: TurboTax has gotten clearer over the years on what counts as a qualified education expense, but the question that asks you to enter non-qualified expenses is still perplexing. For instance, does the rent of my apartment count as a "non-qualified" expense that might net me a tax credit, although I can't deduct it? I always say no to avoid any potential problems, but I'm really unsure.
2) Redundant data entry: I do freelance work and also work for my school as a teaching affiliate and research assistant. This makes taxes a bit annoying since TurboTax will prompt me to re-enter the same home office and business assets multiple times without carrying over the information.
What's great about it: efficient, easy to follow
What's not so great: lacking in guidance for education expenses, some sections appear contradictory

Best edition of Turbo Tax yet

This was the easiest edition yet published. Completion of forms was quick and guides along the way were very helpful. Took less time to complete the tax process than expected. Once I hit the 'transmit' button, the returns were accepted by both the Feds and the State in less than 30 minutes. Then the refunds - from both State and Fed - were directly deposited to our account in 7 calendar days.
Great product - thank you.
What's great about it: Easier than previous years to use. Filing was simple and returns from both State and Feds directly deposited in 7 days!
What's not so great: No negatives.
